Welcome to my VIP Intensive Day
As a Performing Arts Business Coach and Speaker who specialises in Studio Ownership and Talent Management, I can offer you an exclusive coaching day with me in Sydney (or at your town location upon request). During our time together, I will help you uncover the areas needing support in your business (or project), so we can plan well, take action and strategise your positive growth.
What's included:
- A 30 minute VIP Discovery Call to set the intention of your day. In the call I will identify your goals so we can align ourselves, as I prepare to set you up for success. This is done within a week of the of our VIP Day together.
- You receive 6 hours of in-person time with me at your VIP Intensive Day filled with coaching, food, drinks, energy and DOING!
- Of those 6 hours, I will provide 5 hours of focused Coaching time.
- A fully catered 1 hour lunch break with food and drinks will be provided (for Sydney bookings).
- A Coffee and tea station provided throughout the day to keep you hydrated and comfortable.
- A lovely beverage (alcoholic or non alcoholic, depending on your preference) to finish our day, in celebration of your future self. Let's celebrate!
- I will also do a personal preparation day to ensure I have researched your requirements and have information to support you and your team.

- $1200 (intimate session suitable for the Business Owner/s or Owner and Manager - up to 2 guests)
- $1500 (group session suitable for teams and training up to 5 guests - includes business owner)
Note: Interstate or international bookings will require further negotiation and may include travel, accomodation and other allowances.

Hi, I'm Josephine! From a young age, I had to make my own way in the world. I went from begging for food stamps, to successfully creating multi 6-figure performing arts businesses fuelled by passion, joy and commitment.
After a whirlwind career as an Artist that saw me perform on a multitude of stages and on TV screens for over a decade, I leaped into the world of Business, Talent Management, Studio Ownership and Motherhood. I have not looked back since!

I believe in the social, emotional and physical benefits of the performing arts. I am also an advocate for creating inclusive and positive opportunities for talent, industry professionals and arts businesses alike.
Aside from providing private coaching services for Studio Owners (SO's), I also have a signature group coaching program and membership called 'Studio Biz Success', designed to help SO's design a profitable studio biz. One that they desire and deserve!
In addition to my membership program, I offer a much loved and unique course called 'Talent Manager Bootcamp', which is where I coach Performing Arts Studio Owners in developing their own in-house talent management service.
Through the course, my goal is to make the professional performance world accessible and help SO's to nurture developing artists, giving them a chance to shine.
From my home in Sydney Australia, I remain dedicated to serving my students, clients and community in living a life that nourishes the soul and sings to them.
