Hi I'm Josephine! (AKA Jo)

From a young age, I had to make my own way in the world. I went from living below the poverty line, to successfully creating multi 6-figure performing arts businesses fuelled by passion, joy and commitment. 

After a whirlwind career as an Artist that saw me perform on a multitude of stages and on TV screens for over a decade, I leaped into the world of Business, Talent Management, Studio Ownership and Motherhood. I have not looked back since!

I also have a much loved course called 'Talent Manager Bootcamp', which is where I coach Performing Arts Studio Owners in developing their own in-house talent management service. My goal is to make the professional performance world accessible and help SO's to  nurture developing artists, giving them a chance to shine.
